About the Coppell Arts Council
The Coppell Arts Council is organized to exclusively promote, develop and sustain the arts for the City of Coppell. This includes organizing, fostering and promoting civic, cultural, educational and visual experiences and events for our citizens.
Coppell Arts Council (CAC) is a 501 (c) 3 non-profit organization, founded by Coppell artists and Coppell community Arts organizations and is comprised of members of Theatre Coppell, Coppell Community Chorale, Coppell Creatives, Coppell Community Orchestra and Ballet Ensemble of Texas. The CAC Board of Directors are volunteer leadership from those organizations. Our goal is to foster the arts within our community. Since its inception, the CAC helped implement a public art program featured in Coppell parks, created a community orchestra, assisted city leadership in development of the Coppell Arts Center and curates art exhibits at the Arts Center throughout the year. The Coppell Arts Council is a volunteer organization that works closely with other volunteers to accomplish significant art related ventures within our community.
