Dallas Black Dance Theatre Live in the Socially Distanced Main Hall
Tickets are $25 Per Person + Fees. PLEASE NOTE: For your convenience and safety, we have done the work for you and spaced out the seating between orders per local and state regulations. This ensures that all orders are socially distanced. Please do not leave empty spaces when selecting your seats.
The Mr. Cooper Group Lobby Gallery opens at 7:00 pm, the Main Hall doors open at 7:30 pm and the performance begins at 8:00 pm.
The Coppell Arts Center hosts Dallas Black Dance Theatre for a special engagement of selected repertoire works. This will be the first time the Dallas Black Dance Theatre company has performed in Coppell.
Dallas Black Dance Theatre is the oldest, continuously operating professional dance company in Dallas. Under the direction of the Artistic Director, Melissa M. Young, the contemporary company, consists of 12 professional, full-time dancers performing a mixed repertory of modern, ballet, jazz, and ethnic works by nationally and internationally known choreographers. Over the course of its history, DBDT has performed for 4 million arts patrons and 2.6 million children worldwide (40,000 annually youth grades K–12).

COVID Guidelines while at the Coppell Arts Center for Patrons:
- Masks are required at the Arts Center and must be worn during the performance.
- You will go through a Pass/Fail Thermal Temperature Check as you enter the Facility.
- Please have your ticket available upon entering the Socially Distanced Main Hall. You may print out your ticket from your confirmation email and bring it with you, or you may have your ticket saved on your mobile device ready to scan when you enter the Socially Distance Main Hall at the Coppell Arts Center.
How to Watch the Live Stream
This concert will also be Live Streamed for FREE for the community. The concert will be availabe to view during the live in person performance on Friday March 5th at 8pm.

Tickets are $25 Per Person + Fees. Online you can purchase up to 6 individual tickets.

COVID-19 Safety Guidelines
- In compliance with local regulations and national health agency recommendations, masks are required to enter the Coppell Arts Center and be worn during the Main Hall's performance. In addition, you will go through a pass/fail thermal temperature screening to enter the building.
- Please have your ticket available upon entering the Main Hall. You may print out your ticket from your confirmation email and bring it with you, or you may have your ticket saved on your mobile device ready to scan when you enter the Main Hall.
- Our restrooms are open and custodial staff are stationed at the restrooms to provide constant disinfection.
- Please social distance to stay safe while at the Arts Center. The Main Hall has created seating pods, so your party will be socially distanced during the performance.
