Take Your Seat at the Heart of the Arts
Welcome to the Coppell Arts Center Foundation — where your support takes center stage!
Now’s your chance to make a name for yourself in the arts — or honor someone special, celebrate a business, or leave a legacy that lasts. Through our Take Your Seat campaign, you can place a name of your choice on one (or more!) of the Main Hall’s fixed seats at the Coppell Arts Center.
Each seat features a custom, hand-engraved plate on the backrest, serving as a personal tribute and a bold statement of your commitment to the arts in our community.
Here’s the Show-Stopping Part:
Your gift is fully tax-deductible, helps us bring exceptional performances to our stage, and offsets costs so our resident arts groups can perform here — often at little or no cost.
- Name one seat for $300
- Take a bow with two for $500
- Your gift is fully tax-deductible
- Your name stays on the seat for 4 years
Seat name plaques may include up to 3 lines of text, with a total maximum of 70 characters (including spaces and punctuation).
When your seat naming term concludes, you’ll have the option to renew (pricing to be determined). If you choose not to renew, your engraved plaque is yours to keep as a lasting memento. A replica will be placed on a permanent commemorative display in the Main Hall vestibule. With each renewal, your name will continue to be honored on our growing Legacy Plaque Wall, celebrating the ongoing support of our community.

How Seat Selection Works:
Click one of the buttons below to access our donation portal. There, you can view the seating map, select your top three seat choices, enter your desired plaque text, and complete your gift.
Need help? Our team is happy to assist you in selecting your seat(s) — available on a first-come, first-served basis. If your preferred seat is already named, we’ll help you find the next best option and guide you through the process. Email us at admin@coppellartscenterfoundation.org.
Please note: Naming a seat does not guarantee access to that seat for performances. Tickets are sold on a first-come, first-served basis and must be purchased separately.

Find Your Seat Day!
Once we’ve installed most or all of the seat plaques, we’ll host a special event for all seat donors to come explore the hall, find your plaque, and take a commemorative photo in your named seat. It’s a fun celebration — and a great opportunity to learn more about our shows, ticket packages, and membership benefits.
