Welcome to the 100-Mile Regional Art Exhibit, featuring artists that live and work within 100-miles of the Coppell Arts Center, juried by Paige Points.

Points works for the City of Frisco Discovery Center, which is part of the Arts, Culture and Special Events division of Play Frisco (Parks and Recreation). There she oversees staff, spaces, projects and programs that support the artistic community, including the Frisco Art Gallery. She holds an MA in Art History from UNT, and has taught Art Appreciation and Art History course for Collin College and Dallas College.

A late blooming artist herself, Points has explored a variety of artistic mediums including acrylic painting, pastels, colored pencil and collage; although she prefers woodcut relief printmaking. Thematically her art reflects a macabre sense of humor or a hopeful realism, meant to engage the viewer to consider issues surrounding what it means to live or die. She and her husband, Jason, live in Farmersville, Texas, with their betta fish Fiesta.

Artwork Inquiries

The majority of artworks featured in the exhibit are available for purchase. If you are interested in acquiring a work, please send an e-mail to info@CoppellArtsCouncil.org and arrangements will be made for you. All purchased artwork must remain on view for the duration of the exhibition, ending March 11th. A red dot beside a work indicates that it is no longer available.
